Headed back to the west coast tomorrow to cover Ole Miss Track in the NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships in Eugene, OR. Logistically, flying across the country can be a nightmare, so my packing skills are put to the test. I'll have two camera bags with me on the plane. One will consist of things that wouldn't necessarily make me cry if they were damaged or lost.. things like battery chargers, monopods and rain shields. Then there is this bag. This bag contains the good stuff and never leaves my sight. It is a special bag that meets all domestic and international carry-on requirements.

Ten 16GB Extreme CF Cards
Remote camera cables. Shoulder harness, straps, batteries.
